About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

I am a Chinese citizen. i live in Shanghai. I wana go to visit my friend who is coming to hongkong this DEc. I will only stay there for 5 days. Do I need I visa or a entry permit for this?
If so , please let me know where do I get it?

You have to apply for a Hk Entry and Exit Permit from the local publoc security bureau.
