About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I would like to inquire about my friend who is from China and would like to visit here in the Philippines , what are the requirements

Yor friend have to apply for a visit visa with the following documents:
1. Passport or travel document valid for at least six (6) months at the time of filing;
2. Two passport-size photos;
3. Confirmed return airline ticket;
It seems that the visa should be applied through a travel agency.
