Hi, I will be going to taipei in mid nov.  wondering if there is any sales?  would like to buy some clothes.  Any suggestions is the sales is in the shopping complexes?

Taipei shopping complexes will have big sales during the festival or holidays. It seems there is no special festival in Mid-Nov, So you can if there are some of the shopping centers has their own sale activities.
