Yes, there is a caoch departing to Huanglong from Jiuzhaigou and then return in the afternoon. Usually, these hotels in Jiuzhaihou could help their guests to book the tickets. However, it is suggested that you rent a cab (by yourself or shar with others) driving to Huanglong for one-day's trip. This method is more popular in travelers.
