hi,     sir/madam    i am in china ,medical student and i knew that if i want to bring my brother in my convocation i should contact travel agency ,,,,i have one questionCan i find any travel agency in china , my city, shihezi or urumqi thats in xinjiang or i should contact agencies which are in  pakistan cities?. i am a medical student and i want my brother should come to join that convocation.                 king regards
