About:China Embassy in Thailand

Hi there, im visiting thailand after 2 weeks. However, i wanna go back to guangzhou with my boyfriend. Is it possible to get a chinese visa in thailand even if im a philippine passport holder?

It's said that filipinos have to apply for Chian visa in Phlippines recently.
