About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

Dear sir, I did my business with china supplier and import 1 fcl load from china, supplier shipped me subsatandred materials to us. And now supplier not responding. Let us have how I can manage this issue, how china embassy will issue visa to resolve this problems.
