About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hi! i am here in the US now until nov. 26. i will arrive in the phils nov. 28 & on nov. 29, i have to fly to HK then to Beijing afterwards. however, when i was processing my china visa before i left for the US last oct, the travel agency wasn't able to expedite.

my question, is it ok if i will ask someone to process my visa by sending my passport there in the phils & then as soon as visa is given, my passport will be sent here in the US.

i went to NY in their china embassy & i was told to apply there in the phils. what can you advice to me.

This is a reply for Mr.scott mackenzie(canada)inquiry..

I guess you don't need to go to the Philippines to process your Chinese working visa, unless you have another plan in going there like visiting friends or sightseeing. You can process it in Hongkong.

The most important documents you must bring to process your Chinese working visa are...Original Official invitation letter, working permit from the CHinese government, your contract stating the specific job duly signed by your employer and you as the employee and the company/ school seal.
