About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Could somebody from the China Embassy help me please...
My flight will be on 6Nov Friday and still the Embassy kept on rejecting my Philippines Passport. Please help me.. I cannot cancel/rebook my SQ flight ticket anymore. Help please..

Sad, but no Philipine Passports are getting China visas now, unless you have working papers from Macau or Hong Kong
