About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I'm applying business visa for my colleague to Yantai. I got information that China Embassy in Singapore is close from 09 November to 16 November 2009.

Is there any other way to get the Business Visa because he is expected to fly to Yantai on 11 November 2009.

you can try to apply for the visa in Hk, but you have to confirm with the Visa office firstly:
