i'm applying business visa for my colleague to yantai.

Question

I'm applying business visa for my colleague to Yantai.  I got information that China Embassy in Singapore is close from 09 November to 16 November 2009.Is there any other way to get the Business Visa because he is expected to fly to Yantai on 11 November 2009.Hope to hear from you soon.Thank you.Felisa Chua
