Hello, I am Indian Pass port Holder & "Z" Visa holder in China,My wife apply "z" for come to china for reunion family. Visa issue office at Guangzhou said that " Z" Visa issue has been stopped for Indian effective from 30 Sep 09.and I have contact visa issue office at India. They said to me we will issue " Z" Visa For your my family.

I CONFUSED WHY SAME VISA OFFICERS BUT WORKING DIFFERENT PLACE ,Please some one help me which officer says correct.
