Hi there,
Will be in Hong Kong from 13/12/09 till 17/12/09.
Will like to stay in hotel that's near shopping area with a decent surroundings.
Hopefully with area easily available Halal food as we're Muslims.
Will be there with 2 grown up children age 20 & 25.
Will love to go shopping and sight seeing.
Any suggestions?

Well, I think you could find a hotel located in Tsim Sha Tsui or Wan Chai, both of which are good places for shopping and dining. On the other hand, the supported transportation is covenient, too.
