Confucianism is different from what you are familiar with ,Christianism.there is no god but philosophy.

Yes, Confucianism believes in God. However, not in the same way in which someone such as a Christian or a Sikh believes in Him. More in the same way in which somebody such as a Deist would believe in Him.
