I'd like to visit Chengdu on January, last week. Is it too cold?

Chengdu will be cold and humid in Jan, but it will be not too cold to travel in downtown area. If you would like to go to mountain area, such as Mt. Emei and Jiuzhaigou, please wear as warm as possible.0
