Hi. I am arriving at Pudong on a United flight (Terminal 2) at 1:55pm. I am connecting on Philippines Airlines at 4:00pm (Terminal 2)
Do I need to clear customs on my arrival and is 2 hours enough time to make my connection??

Please Help!!

Yes, you need to clear customs first and then check in again. Generally 3 hours will be needed. So your time is very tight. You'd better hurry up.
