About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

To whom it may concern,

I'm Vietnamese holding a Singapore PR, and plan to visit Chengdu/Lijiang (China) on from 05 to 12 Dec 09. My flight ticket, however, is from KL (Malaysia) to Chengdu, as the AirAsia airlines they had affordable ticket between those 2 cities.

I've already booked the ticket, and plan to stay in budget hostel in Chengdu, so I'm not sure they have online booking facilities.

Should I apply for China visa from China Embassy in Singapore or in Malaysia? Is that enough to provide my flight ticket Vietnamese passport PR card? Also can I apply in morning (say Friday) and collect in afternoon same day?

Thank you very much and await your advice.

Quang Minh

I think you can apply for the visa at the China Embassy in Singapore, since you are holding Singaporean PR, and the same day service is available at the Embassy.
