About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

We've been working here in Beijing for 4yrs now. My husband and I both have a working visa. After my son's latest renewal we were advised by an agent here to go home (Philippines)because they won't allow him for another renewal here. My husband is my baby's visa sponsor and his visa will expire on the 19th of Dec (same expiry date with my husbands working visa). However, my husband's company will renew his visa for another year. The agent said to apply my son a family visa in the Philippines and that is what we are about to do in the coming month as we are left with no other option. We are due to be back on Dec 11. I would like to know what documentations we will be needing for my son's family visa processing, how much will be the cost and how long will it take? We look forward to hearing from you guys soon. Thanks!

To make sure you can get the visa, I advise you confirm the documents with the China Embassy in Philippines direclty, since I heard that it is very difficult to apply for a China visa there.
