About:Guangzhou Transportation by Air

Hi! I am travelling with my sister to Guangzhou. Please advise whether it is safe for us to take a taxi from the airport. Is there a desiganated taxi stand? Or should we arrange for pick up prior to arrival?

Please take is easy that the security of taking taxi in Guangzhou Airport is ensured. When you arrive at the airport, please follow the signs to the taxi parking lot outside of the arrival hall. In case of any unhappy case, please write down your hotel name, address and phone clearly on the paper, and show it to the drivers. It is also better to know the taxi fare in advance.

Hello Ms. Sharon. There are 2 kinds of taxi at airport, legal and illegal one. There is a simple way to judge. For the legal taxi you have to wait in line.
