About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

There was an advisory from the Chinese Embassy in Manila that the "rush" 2-day visa processing was suspended due to the debugging of a new system apparently to improve visa issuance efficiency. When will they restore the rush 2-day visa processing as I am going to be in Manila to renew my visa and be back to China very shortly? Kindly advise. Thanks so much.
