About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

We're Malaysian living in Ho Chi Minh and would like to visit Hangzhou this December. If we're flying to Hangzhou via Kuala Lumpur, can we apply the visa here in Ho Chi Minh?

If you have the Vietnamese visa or valid residence permit which entitles you live in Vietnam for a period, then you can apply for a Chinese visa at Consulate General of China in Ho Chi Minh.
