Hi, I'm planning to go taiwan like during xmas, will the weather be really chilly till i have to bring winter clothes? And will the shoopping areas sell only winter clothings? coz it was meant to be a shopping trip.

See my reply below. You can buy the winter clothes in Taiwan, for the coldest time in Taiwan is in Feb and the average temperature is about 16C. Not cold in deed.
