I Got 1 friend who are Chinese, and she will be going with us, from singapore to macau and to enter Hong Kong. Does she need Visa as well?

As a Malaysian, usually you will be given 90-day visa fre in HK and 30-day visa free in Macau. For a Chinese mainland, I think your friend needs to go to the China consulate in Singapore to apply for a permission (usually for 7 days).
