About:China Southern Airlines

i had booked a ticket for delhi to china (Return) on dated 30 OCT 09 and return 06 Nov 09 (Booking reservation number: 46KWAL) and (Document 784-4799549853). I am the resident of Kashmir Inda becoz of that i get paper visa for china and of which i couldn't travel on the date. So could you please tell me how can i cancel the ticket and how much i get the refund.

Sir, for the details of the refund and cancellation, you need to contact your booking agent or the airlines directly.

India doesn't honor stapled visa issued by China to Kashmir people. So Your agent should have been careful in issuing the ticket. I think you can claim full refund from your travel agent because it immigration related issue.
