Hi, will be going to Shangri-la at the end of November. Any advice on what to bring other than winter clothes? More concern over the high altitude that will cause discomfort/difficulty in breathing, are there anything that I should be bringing to ease the discomfort? or what can I if chest tightness/difficulty in breathing happens?
Thanks

You can ask your doctor for some medicine to take with you. If possible, you can bring a tin of oxygen with you. When you feel discomfortable seriously, it can help you. Too avoid or ease the high altitude sickness, you'd better no shower on the first one or two days arriving there. The most important thing: do not travel alone! so that there is someone to help you when need.
