About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Hello,
I'm american citizen. I'm working here in China already, so I have a work visa. Although now the company are dismissing me and was the company who applyed this visa for me. In this case, they can cancel this visa (it is a 1 year visa) or not? And if they can cancel it, how could I apply a new visa here in China?!
Thanks.

They may cancel your visa. You can apply for a new visa from the Public Security Bureau (PSM) Exit and Entry Administration office for the municipality.
