About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi! My grandfather is a Chinese citizen and lives in China for 25yrs now. He died last September but left a pension here in the Philippines, we want to claim the SSS pension money in his bank, but needs to have a death certificate that is authenticated by the consul or embassy. We only have a cremation certificate from China. What should we do? Thank You.
