This coming Christmas holiday, I get a plan to go to Harbin and/or Jilin with my family. I'd like to know how long we gonna spend for travelling both cities. Is it easy to get a walkin hotel or else I have to do booking on line. Thanks.

I think 3 days in Harbin is enough, if you want to skiing, you can extend it a little. You mean Jilin city or the province? Suggest you book hotel in advance, for the ice and snow festival, it will be more visitors in Harbin.
