It really depends on where you want to go in Hongkong. After you arrive in Luohu, shenzhen and cross the Hk customs, you can take a train to the city centre, terminal is TSIM SHA TSUI or Hung Hom，you can get off any stop and take surway to other places. I think it will be better for you to buy their Octopus Card for the transportation, it is handy, you can use it for any bus, subway, train in Hongkong.0
