To whom it may concern,

Is it true that issuance of China Visa to Philippine Passport holder is ONHOLD?
I will be going to Shanghai on 6-9Nov for City Tour and visiting my friends and yet my Visa Application was rejected.
Can I re-aaply again? I am Singapore PR.

Hope you can enlighten us with this issue.

I think you can try to apply for the visa at the China Embassy in Manila, Philippines.

Hi Darnell,
I've tried applying Tourist Visa in Philippines. But China Embassy there said I cannot have flight ticket from Singapore-Shanghai. Should be Phils-Shanghai. I do not know what to do already. Just today I tried applying again at China Embassy Singapore but was rejected again. Sad thing is - I cannot cancel/rebook my SQ flight ticket already. Can somebody help me please....I've been processing this visa 2 weeks already.
