About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Is there a listing of travel agencies located in South Korea in English??? Why is there a cost difference for visas depending on the applicants citizenship?

I can't find such a list for you, you can find a translator to help you.
The visa fee is fixed by the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs Office, no reason for it.
