About:Dual Nationality

is it possible to apply dual citizen
my father born in Philippines who's grandparents are from china but his register as Philippines citizen but my Mom also who's parents are from China and she still holds Chinese Citizen but holds Aliens' Permanent Residence in Philippines , how do you see to my case.and what are my options. thanks

Impossible. China does not admit dual nationality!
