A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo. 3. Round-trip air ticket4. Hotel reservation.- WHAT IF I WILL BE STAYING WITH MY FRIENDS HOUSE? DO I NEED TO ASK THEM FOR AN INVITATION LETTER?HOW LONG AM I ALLOWED TO STAY IN CHINA IF I HOLD A TOURIST VISA.

If you will stay in your friend's, you have to ask them to providse you an invitation letter instead of the hotel booking.With a tourist visa, you are allowed to stay in China for 30 days.
