Hi, I am an R.O.C. Nationals (Taiwan Citizen) and I will be visiting my friend there in Xiamen, If ever me nad my Filipino friend would like to visit the Philippines, is it possible for me to obtain a Visa from your Consulate Office? instead of returning here in Taipei to get a visa?thanks, and more power!!!!Vincent
