About:MTR Bus, Hong Kong

Hi,

We're leaving for Hongkong in November and we would like to find out how to get to Tian Tan Buddha and Victoria Peak from Panda Hotel through MTR. We already studied the MTR map but there are a lot of interchanges in the train stations, are we going to get off from one station and move to another train? And if ever, are we also going to buy another train ticket? How much would it cost us getting to those locations? This is our first visit to Hongkong and your reply will really be appreciated.

Thanks,

Yes, you should get to annother train but do not use to get out of the station. If you do not have Octopus card, you should buy ticket of course.
To the Buddha: Tsuen Wan to Lai King (5HKD), to Tung Chung (12.5HKD) then take bus 23 to the buddha
To the Peak: Tsuen Wan to Central (11.5) then walk 15 minutes to the peak, or take Bus 15C
