About:China Customs Declaration

Can you please advise if i bring out more than 20,000cny in foreign currency (namely euro) will i have to pay a fee to customs once i declare it? im looking to take out in the region of 70,000 euros. Also do you know what the fee is if any?

You need to have a cerfificate to bring these money. Are you going to study in China or?
