About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,

I am a Malaysian, holding work permit and working in Singapore. I will be going to Shanghai for leisure from 7th Nov - 14th Nov. DO i need to apply Visas?

For 1 day approval, if i apply on 29th Oct morning, i can receive on 29th Oct afternoon? Do i need to collect in person or someone can help collect?

Yes, you have to apply for a visa.
You are right that you can get the visa in the afternoon if you go to the embassy to submit your application in an early morning. You can ask someone else to pick up the visa for you with your pick-up receipt.
