About:Jiuzhaigou National Park

i plan to go JZG end Jan. What's the temperature like during that time? Will many places be closed or the whole JZG is closed?? Besides JuiZai Paradise hotel, what's the other option of similar class in JZG? Can u recommend a travel agent too. thanks

The average temperature in winter hovers between 0C (32F ) and 3C (37.4F). So, please keep yourself warm enough when you come here in winter.
Huanglong scenic and historic interest area is closed due to the heavy snow whereas the rest of JZG is open.
Jiuzhai Paradise is the top hotel in JZG. Another option of the similar class will be Sheraton Jiuzhaigou Resort.

In January the mornings and evenings are very cold. During the day in the sun shine it can be quite warm and you should have some sun protection. It can be cold in the shade though.

From Arrow Bamboo Lake to the Virgin forest in Jiuzhaigou will be closed. Some pathways are also closed but you can walk on the roads.

The Sheraton and Paradise are the only international standard 5* hotels.
