About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Hi ,
I have been working in china for almost 3 years, my visa got expired. i need to return to my country. Whom do I have to meet first regarding my issue. I need to return my country. please help me.

You should have a residence permit of China, is it still valid?

Thanks for the reply, no i don't have a residence permit of china. I came to China by tourist visa and i started to work here. My passport is still valid, but my China tourist visa is expired.

I got your idea, then you have to go back to Sri Lanka to apply for a China Z work visa from the China Embassy in Sri Lanka.
