About:Chinese Consulate in Sydney

The lady that is responsible for HongKong visa has contacted me and asked for furthur document through a message (for the visit visa), her voice was not clear! On the other hand I am so far from their office (I am living in Nowra)and it's not possible for me to go there every time that they ask for a new thing! Can I send that document via e-mail or fax ? I don't even have any contact details from them! Please help me, it's so frustrating!

Dear Peter, I have applied through chinese consulate in Sydney. Just one letter from the university is needed to get the visa. I was wondering if I could post that letter instead of going to Sydney! Since I have to go another time for collecting the Passport. Best regards.
