hi... i and my friend is going to tour shanghai and beijing on january we already have tickets. can i apply visa for me and my friend as she cant able to come to the embassy as she is busy with her work? also.. my boyfriend is an indian citizen who is studying in china... can he send us letter of invitation since we are not going to stay in the hotel but in the university hostel. what will be the documents he needs to send us to support our visa application?

Yes, you can apply for visa for yourself and your friend. Your boyfriend should send you an invitation letter with the stamp of the college, desribing the information of himself, you and your friend.
