hello pls i want to ask applying with tourist visa is it a resent development from the embassy, beacuase the last time i went there i was told only with valid resident permint b4 i can apply for the visa, but with tourist i can not. so i want to know if this is just a resent development from the embassy that one can apply with tourist visa so i can go there this week. thanks
