HELLO ,I HAVE ONE CHINESE VERY VERY CLOSE  BROTHER WHO WANTS TO SPONSER ME TO BE THERE IN CHINA FOR SOME TIME TO VIST THERE ,HE WILL BEAR ALL MY LIVING EXPENSE AS WELL AS FOOD ,STAY ALL.SO WHAT VISA I SHOULD APPLY FOR AND WHAT R THE THINGS I NEED TO PREPARE FOR MYSELF IN ADDITION TO THAT FOR SPONSORING WHAT R THE  THINGS MY BROTHER NEED TO SHOW TO THE EMBASSY AND HOW MANY DAYS I CAN STAY IN CHINA .THANKS

You should apply for a China L Family visit visa.You need to prepare the following documents for your China vis aapplication:1. Valid passport (at least six months before expiration) with blank visa pages and copy of the first three pages.2. TYPED Visa Application Form with one passport photo.3. Invitation letter from your bother in China enclosed with his valid contacts, address, copy of his Chinese ID card if he is Chinese or his residence permit if he is foreigners, and the invitation letter must be stamped by the local public security where your brothe lives.You are permitted to stay in China for 30 to 180 days according to your intinerary.
