Yes - I'm planning my 1st. trip to China (Harbin China)in January of 2010....
Any advice you can send about on "How" & "What" to wear will be Greatly Appreciated..

Down jacket or cotton-padded clothes. As warm as possible. Harbin should be the coldest place in China at that time. You can imagine how cold it is.
