About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Hi, I need to apply for a China Visa in Vancouver. Do I go to the Visa Office at 288-1338 West Broadway or do I go to the Consulate-General at 3380 Granville Street?

And is it true they are only open for the morning for Visa applications?
