About:Taiwan Weather

Just got the news from my friend in Taiwan about the weather. Said it is heavy rain and there was an earthquake. Is this true? I am worried now as i will be travelling to taiwan for a week from 7th Nov. Need assurance. Anyone is able to tell me the true scenerio in Taiwan now?

Yes, it is true. As I know, there were erathquakes in Oct 4, 11 and 19 resepctively in Hualian, Hengchun and Yilan. As to the rain, it is because of the typhoon. It has passed away and finished its impact on Taiwan and East China. Agriculture was effected.
