About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,
My manager is a Singapore PR holding Malaysian passport. He would like to apply for business visa to Shanghai and Beijing. Does he need 2 invitation letters for the 2 different companies he visit in the 2 states? Other than the invitation letter from companies, does he still need any other authorization letter? Sorry, was confused by the requirement stated in the China embassy website. Your reply is highly appreciated. Thank you.

I think one invitation letter is enough. You also have to ask your Chinese partner to provide him a visa notice form on which should wrtitten with both his trip to Beijing and Shanghai, so that the China embassy in Singapore would grant him enough duration on his visa.
