About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

how much is the penalty for overdue visa? a have ni visa for more dan a year how can i get home? i am stock in here wothout work! how can i get back home>?

You should contact the local Philippine embassy for help. I'm not sure the exact amount of penalty for overstay.
