I am indonesian,now living in  fuzhou as a L visa,and planning to change Lvisa to student visa for mysons.they will going to school in primary school...can we apply directly in fuzhou...or anyone can help me to arrange this problem.also they grandfather planning to go indonesia next year,he is china citizen.how can he apply visa...he have ticket from Fuzhuo to spore...but only for transit..after that go we us to go indonesia island close spore.do he need two visa..can he apply in spore in case he want to shopping again in spore or thailand malaysia...can he apply when he arrive in spore..yahoo.com|mary100us

Visa on site is available for Chinses, isn't, but need visa record of the third country first. Generally speaking, you can apply for Indonsia Visa at Singapore. Your plan is next, you have enough time to do this, why not handle it in advance in Fuzhou?
