About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I am from Aruba and have a dutch passport.
I am participating in the Miss Internationanl Pageant in Macau in november.
1) Do I need a visa for travel to China?
2) If so do I need to go to the closest embassy in person or can I delegate this to someone else?

Thank You!

1. you need to apply for a Macau visa.
2. You can go to the China embassy to apply for it in person or entrust a firend or travel agency to do it on your behalf.
