About:China Visa on Arrival

Im Here in kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for holiday, and i want to go to beijing for sight seeing for 5 days can i apply for a chinese visa here in kl to go to beijing?

I think you have to go back to Philippines to apply for the China visa, but you can confirm with the China embassy in KL firstly.
